Rita practiced clinical nursing for over 20 years, including 17 years as an award winning nurse in the Emergency Department at Brigham & Women's Hospital. In 2001, she was asked to develop a nurse case management role within a multidisciplinary elder advisory group, and alongside Attorney Tom Clougherty, co-founded United Senior Advisors, Inc. in 2011. Rita brings over 2 decades of experience guiding individuals and families on complex issues affecting seniors and disabled adults. Her unique experience and ability to collaborate and connect with multiple professionals in the community offers the most comprehensive support and advocacy available to families.

Leeanne joined the United Senior Advisors, Inc. team as a Nurse Case Manager and Elder Care & Benefits Coordinator in 2022, after working for more than a decade as Wellness Nurse, Nursing Director and Director of Community Relations in various Assisted Living Communities. Leeanne brings extensive experience and boundless energy, as she guides clients through care setting transitions and the complex health care system challenges facing families.
